2010 Grand Tour of Homes Starting this Weekend

Lexington’s Grand Tour of Homes begins this weekend (June 5th and 6th) and will feature more than forty new Bluegrass homes in the Central Kentucky area.   Homes are open from 1 to 5pm each of the dates.

An annual tradition of the Lexington Homebuilders Association, the scattered site format of the Grand Tour brings together a variety of new homes, by several builders, priced this year from $117,000 to over one million dollars.  To read more and preview the homes, click here.   Planbooks will be available at all homes on the Tour. Azalea’s home is located at 107 Sugartree, in Versailles. From Lexington, take US Highway 60 to Versailles. Turn left on Huntertown Road (at Speedway). Follow Huntertown Road for 4 miles and look for our Milestone Team signs and Sugartree Lane on your left.

Via Vitae will be featuring a home located at 548 E. Fifth Street in Lexington. Midland Avenue to Shropshire. Right on East Fifth Street. Model on right across from the William Wells Brown Elementary School.

Ball Homes will have 18 homes in the Grand Tour of Homes in several locations including: Chilesburg, Glasford, Walnut Hill Club, Equestrian View, Greendale/Masterson, and Gleneagles of Versailles.
